Product Requirements

Product requirements (processor power, memory and disk space) depend on the number of managed devices (ConversionNodes, FrameNodes, FRAP family) and expected performance level. While very small networks may be effectively managed from any PC that can host Windows 95, as additional nodes are managed, faster processors and additional RAM will significantly improve performance.

Envisage for Windows

Envisage for UNIX

Envisage for UNIX may run as a standalone application or integrated with industry standard management platforms such as HP OpenView. When integrated, hardware requirements are consistent with those of the management platform. The requirements listed below should be considered the minimum necessary in a standalone environment. The standard release media for Envisage for UNIX is CD-ROM.
