Partners with VITAL Network Services to Expand Equipment
Maintenance and Installation Services; Adds Guaranteed

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- June 3, 2003 -- Tasman

a broad expansion of its global service and support
program as part of its ongoing commitment to ensure
customer success by eliminating customer network downtime
and the associated costs.
Tasman Networks signed an agreement with VITAL Network
Services, Inc., a global data communications network
service and support organization, to provide on-site
technical support, as well as equipment installation
and maintenance services in more than 60 countries
in North America, South America, Mexico, Europe, Africa,
the Middle East, Asia and the Pacific Rim. VITAL has
more than 30 years of experience providing support
services covering multiple network technologies, manufacturers
and topologies.
With VITAL's global support capabilities,
Tasman Networks has also added a "Platinum" option
to its service and support program. Representing
Tasman Networks' most comprehensive service program
option, the Platinum program features guaranteed
four-hour, on-site technical support for its global
customers.
The Platinum program provides all of the elements
of Tasman Networks' existing Bronze, Silver and Gold
program options, including four-hour hardware replacement,
year-round 24x7 telephone, e-mail and online support,
and ongoing enhancements and updates to the Tasman
Operating System (TiOS). It also provides Web-based
call tracking, automatic notification of software updates
and the availability of updates and support tools via
the company Web site.
